It's never too early to start teaching your child about numbers and quantities. Djeco's Eduludo Perlix Abacus is a fun game that will do just that.
When your child is counting, they need to know what numbers are and how many items there are. This game has two modes - one where you have to count the number of items in a picture (counting), and another mode where you have to match the number on the abacus with an item that matches it.
The "challenge" card indicates items to be counted in the picture; Children count and indicate the number on the abacus. To check if the number is right, flip over the card to see the solution.
Handling an abacus deepens counting process and transcription of numbers into quantities.
